Returns & Exchanges
We want the fit to be right.
- Window: Unworn items in original condition with tags or box may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: Size exchanges are free within Canada — we'll cover the replacement shipping.
- Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Return shipping for refunds is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, socks and worn items can't be returned.
